We had noticed a sign to an art exhibition in Walcott Chapel as we made our way back and forth, up and down Walcott street so decided to have a look one day. It turned out that it was some final year art students from Bath Spa University taking it in turns to show some of their work in groups of three for three days each.
The first time we had a look there were a couple of very striking abstract photographic images on aluminium that we both liked so Kate asked for the name of the artist (who was not there at that time) and eventually we were able to get in touch with her and offered to buy them.
We arrange to collect them one evening at the Saracen’s Head although unfortunately Eden, for it was she, was unable to stay for a drink being parked on double yellow lines! So we were not able to chat to her about her work but anyway judge for yourselves. They are now hanging in the dining area of our living room.
